Five Featured Locations

  1. Es Que Market: Flavor-packed, made from farm-fresh ingredients and in a from-scratch kitchen. Chef Swan’s passion is local food. If you like a fried egg in your breakfast burrito, this is the place for you. If you’re a meat eater, we recommend the brisket!

  2. VM Coffee: Offering two different burritos made in-house, we enjoyed the calabacitas burrito. Chef Torres is in the running for Edible’s Green Chile Cheeseburger Smackdown, and her other menu items are on the same level.

  3. Lasso Coffee & Lager: Carrying a vegan and non-vegan breakfast burrito made by Lasso neighbor, ONI. ONI focuses on locally sourced ingredients and blending cultural flavors. Image below shows the egg breakfast burrito.

  4. Burning Daylight Coffee: This is a breakfast burrito for two! Look for optional add-ons and a hand-held or smothered burrito. Offering breakfast, lunch, and dinner with beer and wine just around the corner.

  5. Little Bear Coffee:Serving up breakfast burritos made by downtown non-profit, Three Sister’s Kitchen (TSK). TSK is a place where delicious, affordable, and locally produced foods come together to nourish our community from the ground up. Look for vegan and non-vegan options.
