Say Cheese Eatery Now Open
Winter is here but so is Say Cheese! This cozy Downtown cheesy eatery features a menu of grilled cheese sandwiches, house-made soups, parmesan chips, tater tots, mac & cheese+ and a variety of beverages. Located on the FUSION campus, this is a great spot for a comforting warm meal during the work week, or the perfect stop before or after a FUSION event for a snack and a friendly smile.
Owner, Nicolette (pictured below) is the definition of a small business entrepreneur. Downtown is her second location (visit them in Bosque Farms as well) and she handles everything from hiring staff, to designing the logo, to sourcing ingredients, to creating a mural. This place will be a hit with your kids! A full-time mom as well as restaurant owner, the menu was a dual collaboration between Nicolette and her son.
Order online for quick pick-up or hang out inside the inviting space. Parking is free in the FUSION lot.
