This year you can look forward to your favorite fungi producers, fermented beverages and foods, hands on demonstrations covering all things fermentation and fungi, educational presentations and of course, our beloved Battle of the Breads Competition!

We look forward to introducing our ABQ Fermentation & Fungi Festival Community Series; small intimate gatherings where folks can learn, taste, and talk about everything fermentation and fungi related. Look for these taking place May-September, 2026.
