The ABQ Fermentation and Fungi Fest includes:
New Mexico based food, farmer, and artisan vendors
Interactive demonstrations on various fermentation processes and fungi education
Battle of the Breads Competition - professional and amateur sourdough contests! Professional bakers take home our coveted Baker Trophies. Amateurs are up for prizes from professional bakers and festival goodies (first, second & third places).
